The 3rd edition of LITCON delivers litigation insights in interactive and engaging sessions, with speakers from the judiciary, government and industry to talking about the ‘Evolving Landscape of IP Litigation in India & the Way Forward’.

Pravin Anand, Managing Partner, Anand and Anand, along with B Visweswaran, Chairman, CII Chennai Zone and Vice Chairman of Sanmar Group of companies, Dr. S.P. Subramaniyan, Deputy Controller of Patents & Designs, IPO-Chennai and Subhajit Saha, Senior Counsellor-CII & Head-APTDC inaugurated and delivered the opening remarks. While Hon’ble Justice M.M. Sundresh of the Madras High Court addressed the audience on need for Special Courts and Tribunals for IPR disputes. A report on the Evolving Landscape of IP Litigation in India & the Way Forward was released at LITCON 2017.
