Safir Anand and Vaishali R Mittal win the Lexology Client Choice Award, third time in a row. Safir has been recognised for his work in the trademark domain. Vaishali has been awarded thus for excellent client care and service in complex patent matters. They are the only two from India to be awarded in the trademarks and patent segment.

These awards recognizing legal experts and barristers worldwide for their excellent client care and quality of service are unique in being based exclusively on the feedback from clients. The research process involves a readership survey of in-house counsel subscribers to Lexology. Clients are asked to rate individuals on an array of criteria including the quality of legal advice, value for money, commercial awareness, effective communication, billing transparency, tailored fee structures, response time, sharing of expertise, and use of technology.
