We are pleased to share that Manish Biala was recently invited by Bridgestone to conduct a training session for its employees to develop a strong understanding of Intellectual Property Rights, infringement of Trademark, remedies under Trademark laws and advertising laws. The training further focused on disparagement issues in advertising, parallel imports and relevant legal provisions of the Legal Metrology Act.

The training session held at Bridgestone’s office in Pune was attended by Bridgestone officials along with the sales team that was connected through WebEx – an online platform by Cisco to organize online meetings and video-conferencing.
