The 8th Annual GENNEXT 2019 Business & Law Congress took place from 15th -16th March along with Legal Era Awards 2018-19 on 16th March at Hotel Taj Lands End, Mumbai.

We are glad to inform that we won the award for ‘Intellectual Property Law firm of the year’ and ‘Patent Litigation Firm of the year’. The first SEP litigation judgment of India involving Philips was

recognized as FRAND and SEP case of the year and was instrumental in winning the ‘Patent Litigation Firm of the year’ title.

Monsanto‘s Supreme Court judgment, zippo declared as well known trademark, Christian louboutin vs. darveys .com apart from many noteworthy judgements made it worth winning the IP Firm of the Year Award.

The award was received by our team including Sandhya Singh and Nishchal Anand.
