Mr. Inder “IP” Prakash may not look a superhero, and well he isn’t one – or is he.

Known to his friends as ‘IP’, our more-than-a-little-portly protagonist has a little trouble keeping his love for intellectual property in his stomach. After all, having taught and then retired, Mr. IP simply loves to regale with intellectual property tales.

The Adventures of Mr. IP comprises nine stories in which he explains a variety of intellectual property topics such as copyright in music and films, alternate dispute resolution, the doctrine of equivalence, remedies, parallel imports.

Mr. IP continues to spread the message of IP (sprinkled with a measure of fun) on World IP Day 2017.
