While speaking of the Indian jurisdiction, ALB says, “Among landmark dispute cases, Anand and Anand handled what was said to be India’s first anti-anti-suit injunction that was granted by the Delhi High Court for InterDigital against Xiaomi in a case that concerns standard essential patents.”
