ALB IP Rankings 2021 Released

We are proud to announce that Anand and Anand continues to be ranked Tier 1 Intellectual Property Firm across both Patents and Copyright / Trademark in the ALB IP Rankings 2021 released by Asian Legal Business.

While speaking of the Indian jurisdiction, ALB says, “Among landmark dispute cases, Anand and Anand handled what was said to be India’s first anti-anti-suit injunction that was granted by the Delhi High Court for InterDigital against Xiaomi in a case that concerns standard essential patents.”
