At the IDEX Legal Counsel Congress, held on 21 April in Mumbai, Pravin Anand and MS Bharath spoke and answered questions at a session discussing the different IP structures utilised by various industries, and further developments that are yet to take place in IP law to address business concerns.
MS Bharath conducted a webinar on Integrating Intellectual Property Rights hosted by IDEX Legal in the run up to the event.
