“With contributions from some of the foremost IP thought leaders from the jurisdiction along with international experts…” the third edition of IPBC India 2019 was held in conjunction with the inaugural WTR Brand Strategy Conference on 14 March 2019 in Bangalore. An interactive session on ‘Enforcement and litigation masterclass’ moderated by Vaishali Mittal was a “panel of international and domestic experts discussing approaches to enforcement scenarios, exchanging best practices and shining light on how to work effectively with partners”.
The insightful session discussed many aspects including “Building for litigation success: from case preparation to appeals; Customs conundrums: evolving approaches as infringers adapt their tactics; Anti-counterfeiting efforts: working with enforcement authorities and investigators” among others.
