We are elated to share that Pravin Anand has been awarded the “Leading IP Lawyer of the Decade” by Legal Era at their 9th Annual Indian Legal Awards, 2019-2020 (Mumbai, 7th March, 2020). The last decade has seen many path breaking litigations in the Intellectual Property law space, such as Aloys Wobben, Merck v. Glenmark, Roche v. Cipla, The Philips SEP Case, Philips Aggravated damages case along with the development of a trend of damages. Intellectual Property Litigation has developed further under the umbrella of “commercial disputes” with the enactment of the Commercial Courts Act and Mr. Anand has been at the forefront of all these developments. We would like to thank the prestigious members of the Jury and to Legal Era for conferring upon us this prestigious honour.
