The eighth annual MIP Patent Forum was aimed at examining the changing nature of patents in the information age, specifically how the digitization of IP is impacting the patent portfolio.

Pravin Anand addressed the importance of Innovation and IP in India at the MIP- Patent Forum 2018 in London on 7th March. The session delivered perspective on opportunities and challenges for SEP regulation, new software patentability guidelines, areas of future reform and much more.
