We are pleased to announce that Anand and Anand has been recognized as Firm of the Year – Patent Contentious by Managing IP in the 16th Annual Managing IP Asia-Pacific Awards 2021.

This award recognizes firms, individuals, and companies behind the most innovative and challenging IP work of the past year, as well as those driving the international IP market.

While speaking of the firm’s work MIP says,

“Our India Patent Contentious Firm of the Year represented InterDigital in a patent dispute resulting in a rare anti-anti suit injunction in India. The firm also acted for Pharmacyclics in a patent registration dispute that provided guidance on filing evidence and documents for an opposition action.”
