Our team had an exciting time at the International Trademark Association (INTA) Conference held at Seattle in May 2018

Our very own creation “Highlights”- a roundup of the matters that kept the years in action and ORIGAMI- all about IP Best Practices and Procedures… was unveiled during the annual INTA conference.

Our team of Shantanu Sahay, Saif Khan, Swati Sharma, Revanta Mathur and Sandhya Singh, visited the Microsoft Cybercrime Center to learn about what steps Microsoft is taking to battle cybercrime at a worldwide level and how their team of lawyers play an important role in meeting the objective.

Swati Sharma moderated a session on well-known trademarks: the law in different countries and unique provisions and procedure at the annual INTA Conference.
