Anand and Anand is pleased to announce initiatives for continued capacity building and leadership roles.

We are pleased to announce the following Partner level promotions:

  • Nupur Maithani – Partner. She has a practice spanning biotechnology, pharmaceutical and chemical patenting.
  • Manish Biala – Partner. He is responsible for the firm’s highly effective, active and growing customs practice and works along with the enforcement team to protect the interests of reputed brands.
  • Gitanjali Bhatnagar – Director. She plays a pivotal role in the firm’s telecommunication and information technology patent practice, particularly in the management of large IP portfolios
  • Abhishek Magotra – Director. He specializes in mechanical patents and works closely with clients in patent prosecution.

We congratulate the newly designated Partners and Directors who have gained extensive experience and knowledge within their respective practice areas. We look forward to working with them as they take on bigger roles within our expanded team.

We also conducted our flagship recruitment event, R@tings, earlier this year and have recruited top talent across all our practice areas and we now have more than 100 fee earners.
