Manish Biala conducted training sessions at Customs Training organised by the IPR Cell of Mumbai Customs to inculcate awareness in customs officials about key features in various products to help identify counterfeits.

Held on May 11th, the event was attended by Mr. Bhattacharya, Principal Commissioner of Customs, Mr. Rasaal Dwivedi, Deputy Commissioner of Customs, SIIB and over 70 customs officers, including inspectors, superintendents and appraisers.

The sessions discussing nuances and features distinguishing OEM products from counterfeits were well-received by attendees. Building detailed know-how, workshops such as these are useful for explaining the practical application of IP, and help customs authorities take swifter action.manish biala customs training mumbai
