Luxury Law Awards 2020 unveiled its list of global leaders in the luxury law space in a ceremony held at London on Thursday, 3rd September. We are proud to share that we are the only firm in the world to have won the coveted, “Independent Luxury Law Firm of the Year” global award.

Commendations that ensued highlighted our work in strategising for and defending the world’s top luxury brands and celebrities such as Christian Louboutin to celebrated American golfer Tiger Woods, to conducting awareness campaigns to sensitise the industry on the legal nuances of the trade, helping designers in protecting their art and scaling up through monetisation.

The initiatives have been led by our Senior Partner, Safir Anand, who also serves on the board of the apex fashion body of the country – FDCI, as we acted as catalysts in helping designers realise the importance of protecting their intellectual property, causing an incredible increase in application filings over a very short period. We played a key role in creating mass awareness of IP among students, media and financial bodies.

Recognitions such as these are a robust demonstration of our clients’ belief in us and with each of these meritorious accomplishments we only promise to strive for the greater good of the community.
