The 9th MIP International Patent Forum 2019 was held from 6th to 7th March at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower, London. “Questions relating to the integration of AI in the legal Framework; Understanding the global importance of issues relating to protecting your trade secrets; managing fragmented litigation; releasing the value of innovation…” and much more were discussed at the spectacular gathering.
Pravin Anand was amongst the band of notable speakers. He delivered a session on “Protecting your IP in India” and covered aspects including “National IPR Policy and lessons learned from India’s first FRAND case, Coordination of Enforcement… apart from traversing other key developments and changes.”
