Anand and Anand has joined forces with Mumbai based Khimani & Associates.

A new firm known as “Anand and Anand & Khimani” has been formed by merging the Mumbai based practice of Anand and Anand and Khimani & Associates. This firm will commence operations in Mumbai from 1st July, 2017; while the New Delhi, Noida and Chennai offices of Anand and Anand shall continue to operate as earlier.

Pravin Anand, Managing Partner of Anand and Anand, quipped, “We clicked instantly because of the clear synergy between Priyanka’s firm and ours. Our new firm will provide greater focus to clients in Mumbai and we aim to significantly expand our operations in Mumbai.”

Ms. Binny Kalra, Senior Partner of Anand and Anand and a mentor for the merged entity, said, “A bright new day and a promising chapter in our respective professional roles has started with the merger of our Mumbai practice with Priyanka’s firm. We are raring to go, to make the new Mumbai entity the next big thing with our combined energies”.

Priyanka Khimani, Proprietor, Khimani & Associates is confident of making the new entity a success. “It just felt like the right move, at the right time. We share a common, grand vision for the Mumbai practice and its growth, and our combined resources and strengths will help us achieve it,” Priyanka added.

Anand and Anand & Khimani will be led by Priyanka Khimani.
