Manish Biala was invited to the Haryana Police Academy to give an overview on intellectual property rights at a training course organised by CIPAM to talk about how IPRs manifest in the real world.

The talk was part of a three day course on ‘Intellectual Property Rights and their Enforcement’ organised by the Cell for IPR Promotion and Management for Haryana Police.

In November 2017 the Ministry of Home Affairs issued a circular instructing police academies to conduct courses on IPRs for new recruits and serving police officers.

Saif Khan and Manish Biala were also invited to the North Eastern Police Academy to speak on IPRs, where even officials of the Bangladesh Civil Services were also in attendance.
