Manish Biala conducts training sessions on “How to Identify Counterfeits” for Customs Officials at Chennai Air and Sea Ports, offering practical expertise and know-how to customs officials on how to enhance anti-counterfeiting efforts.

The workshops were held at the Air Cargo Complex and Customs House in Chennai, on 24 and 25 October.

The sessions provided expertise on how to enhance anti-counterfeiting efforts at ports of entry. And, particularly, what are the nuances in design and the manner in which businesses authenticate their genuine products which will help customs officials differentiate fakes.
