  • Trademark Prosecution India

Managing Intellectual Property has also published a list of IP Stars 2019 and we are delighted to have our members featured in the same.

Pravin Anand is named Patent Star – India for “Copyright & related rights, Patent litigation, Patent strategy & counselling.”

Safir Anand is named Trademark Star – India for “IP transactions, Trademark office proceedings, Trademark prosecution, Trademark strategy & counselling.”

Archana Shanker is named Patent Star – India for “IP transactions, Patent litigation, Patent office proceedings, Patent prosecution, Patent strategy & counselling.”

To add to the celebrations, Archana Shanker is also named “Managing IP’s Top 250 Women in IP 2019”. The list “recognises the leading female IP practitioners in private practice who have performed exceptionally for their clients and firms in the past year.”
