We are pleased to share that we have strengthened our Publishing Law practice, which handles a wide range of legal issues pertaining to the Publishing Industry, including copyright, litigation, legal reads, contract, libel, licensing, infringement, agreements, trademark, etc., specific to the Trade and General Publishing industry.

Aditya Puar, who comes with 13 years of experience in the Publishing and Legal sectors, has joined the firm as Managing Associate. He has worked within the publishing industry across various roles, looking after managerial, contract, agency and also creative/editorial issues.

Aditya has LL.B from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, and has inter-alia advised and acted on various legal matters relevant to the Publishing sector.  He also has degrees in Economics and Management from University of Pacific, CA and University of Reading, UK, respectively.
