Pravin Anand recognised as Most Innovative Lawyer by Financial Times Innovative Lawyers 2015

Anand and Anand has been ranked amongst FT25 in the Financial Times Innovative Lawyers 2015, and Pravin Anand picked ‘Most Innovative Lawyer’.

Financial Times was “unanimous in picking Pravin Anand” as the winner of Asia-Pacific Innovative Lawyers in 2015.

“Pravin Anand has arguably done more than any other individual to advance intellectual property law infrastructure in India. His firm has been one of the drivers behind a fresh push for IP protection and enforcement in India”.

Anand and Anand has been ranked amongst FT Law 25, a list of the most innovative law firms in the Asia-Pacific.

In ‘Corporate and Commercial’ (Asia-Pacific headquartered firm) the firm’s representation of Japanese manufacturer Nitto-Denko before the courts, resulting in the reform of India Patent Office practices; and representing Enercon before the Supreme Court of India, clarifying rules on bringing patent infringement cases have been “Commended”.

In the ‘Business of Law (Asia-Pacific headquartered firms) the firm’s integrated document and communications systems for better client responsiveness and performance management initiative has also been “Commended.”
