Prem, a partner at Anand and Anand practices exclusively Intellectual Property law since 2006 and having more than fifteen years of rich experience in litigation and prosecution. Over the years he has advised and managed large portfolios of several Indian based multinationals in the field of Alcohol & Beer Industry, Pumps, FMGC and Fortune 500 companies engaged in diverse industries including paints, Tobacco products, automobile and consumer goods. He counsels clients on assignments, licensing, co-existence, franchise and other transactions related to intellectual property. He has travelled extensively even to remote locations in the Northeast region for Intellectual Property matters. He appears for various major US and UK based clients before the Trademark Office and has obtained several favorable orders.
It is for his diverse work that he won the Legal Era 40 under 40 Rising Star Award 2021.

He handles huge volumes of client portfolios and specializes in providing complex opinions on brand adoption and advising on various commercial transactions including assignments.
