Spreading IP amongst the young and the potential lawyers of our future, honing their skillsets and knowledge early in their formative years is important.

Vibhav Mithal was happy to have given a session at the Jindal Global Law School on one of our Judgments – the Christian Louboutin Judgment dealing with intermediary liability and trademark infringement. To quote him, the session consisted of “Smart students with really interesting questions”. He also thanked Dr Vishwas Hebbidrumetlu Devaiah for the opportunity.
