Saif Khan and Manish Biala conduct a seminar on protecting the interests of the brand owners through criminal and customs enforcement at Symbiosis Law School, Noida.
Addressing an audience of over 150, Saif Khan talked about the practical approach to criminal enforcement of intellectual property rights (IPR), while Manish Biala discussed the customs enforcement of IPRs and the essential role of customs in protecting interests of brand holders.
