Rajiv Maheshwari, invited to Legal Tech Fair 2017, organised by Law Pundits and myadvo.in, to discuss ‘Law firms of the Next Decade: Technological Vision for Law Firm’, talks about ‘legaltech’, the next big thing.

Attended by Ram Jethmalani, eminent jurist, and Subramanian Swamy, Member of Parliament, Legal Tech Fair 2017 brought together legal luminaries and legal tech companies. The day-long event highlighted the potential for confluence between cutting-edge technology companies and the legal community, advancing the conceptions of traditional legal practice.

legal tech fair rajiv maheshwariThe sessions underscored the importance of ‘legal technologies’ for all practitioners and their emergence as essential ingredients in modern day law practice. The focus of discussion was around the nascent use of technology itself in the legal fraternity. Rajiv Maheshwari spoke of such cutting-edge technologies Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) that have been deployed in the firm since 2015. Initiatives of the firm in the adoption of such emerging technologies have been recognised by Financial Times Innovative Lawyers 2017.
