Saif Khan delivered a session in collaboration with The Cell for IPR Promotion and Management (CIPAM) and the Gujarat Police Academy, in a one-of-its-kind session on criminal remedies under the Copyright Act. The highly educative session was followed by a training on ‘IPR CIPAM Enforcement Toolkit for investigation and prosecution of IP crimes’. The training was highly interactive and was attended on a large scale by police officials.

We have been actively involved in such public engagements with hopes that such informative sessions for the enforcement groups will ensue into long-run assistance in combating IP crimes and in its proper investigation.
