“Setting up Commercial Courts have strengthened India’s IP regime” – LITCON

Anand and Anand was a part of the 4th edition of the LITCON – Conference on IP Litigation by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) held on 2nd February 2019. This is the second year in a row that Anand and Anand has been a part of the Conference. Pravin Anand and MS Bharath were the speakers and our team Chennai was also hugely involved in the Conference. Pravin Anand enunciated on how “…Government is very proactive in creating awareness about IPR and by the establishment of CIPAM, judges, custom officials, police, students and being made aware about IPR issues…” His views and the event was extensively covered by the media.
