A maelstrom of intellectual property talent it may have been, but with the culmination of our flagship recruitment program for 2016 we can’t wait to do it all over again.

Anand and Anand being one of India’s foremost intellectual property legal practices is always on the lookout for driven and committed individuals in the legal, scientific and technical fields to enhance our gene pool.

In order to reach out to a wider professional base, we commenced our professionally organised Ratings programme consolidating the interviewing process, mindful of the other commitments people must keep.

Since its first Ratings event in 2003, the firm has witnessed an exponential growth in the size and scope of the event, due in no small part to the significantly larger numbers of applicants. Ratings has time and again proven a successful endeavour for the firm. Many of those invited to join have forged long and prosperous careers with us, exploring new horizons for themselves and the firm. Some of our key partners are, after all, introduced to us through Ratings.

We make Ratings an interesting and comfortable day. Not only are interviewees pampered with food and drink, they get to learn more about IP and the law, feel the culture and discover myriad aspects of the firm and, of course, meet the professionals who are forging IP jurisprudence in India.

Ratings 2016 was an overwhelming success, with thousands of applications being received. We have new people joining as a result across all of the firm’s practices.

As a final note, as much as the Ratings program reflects and consolidates the needs of the firm, we always welcome intellectual professionals with specialised skillsets to apply.
